- Experiência com processos de qualidade de software aplicados em ambientes ágeis;

- Boa capacidade de comunicação para engajamento do time e do cliente;
- Experiência com ferramentas de automação de testes funcionais, integração, regressão e carga/performance;
- Vivência com automação de testes de interface (UI) e APIs;
- Conhecimento em estratégias de testes automatizados e qualidade contínua;
- Experiência com pipelines CI/CD e integração de automações em esteiras de deploy.

Under the general direction of the Branch Manager for the Industry & Carbon Management Branch, the supervisor serves as the highest-level specialist and performs highly complex technical work relating to public utilities along with a variety of supervisory, program planning, evaluation, and policy analysis activities including technical review and feedback to staff on written work products. The Supervisor leads a multi-disciplinary team working on a variety of technical and analytical tasks related to energy storage and related storage integration technologies, and works to provide a positive and collaborative working environment for the team. The Supervisor also confers with and assists Division and Commission Leadership on Division policies and objectives and coordinates the work of the unit with other sections of the Division on a broad spectrum of subject areas within the unit’s portfolio. In addition, the Supervisor represents and supports the Division and California Energy Commission (CEC) in meetings, briefings, conferences, and workshops; engages other agencies, the Legislature, companies, research organizations, communities, and other contributors; and prepares correspondence and reports. The Energy Storage & Integration Unit focuses on technology research, development, and deployment for energy storage and related storage integration technologies – including communications and controls – that support the transmission and distribution grid and deliver customer and community benefits.
