Enterprise Subscriptions Optimized - Market Data | Research | SaaS | Information Services | High Value Subscriptions

Content Manager5 days ago
Full TimeRemoteTeam 201-500Since 1998

Role Description We are building the go-to-market infrastructure to support an enterprise SaaS business at scale, and this role is central to that mission. As our first dedicated Product Marketing Manager, you will own the full launch lifecycle across our product portfolio by translating complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated value for enterprise buyers in financial services. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing, closely with Sales and Product, and serve as the connective tissue between what we build and how we sell it. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who is energized by ownership and ready to build a value-driven product marketing program. What You’ll Own - Product Launch Ownership: - Lead end-to-end go-to-market for all product launches, from positioning and messaging to launch plans and sales readiness. - Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure launches land with impact. - Own the launch calendar and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and deliverables. - Messaging & Positioning: - Develop and maintain product-level messaging frameworks that differentiate us in the enterprise banking market. - Translate technical product capabilities into buyer-facing value propositions by persona and use case. - Partner with the Senior Brand & Content lead to ensure product messaging ladders up to the company narrative. - Sales Enablement: - Build and maintain battlecards, competitive positioning, and objection handling guides that equip AEs to win. - Leverage Gong to identify real buyer language, competitive mentions, and deal patterns by keeping enablement assets current and grounded in what AEs actually face. - Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the Sales team on product and positioning questions. - Competitive Intelligence: - Build and own a systematic competitive intelligence function, not just ad hoc research. - Develop a regular cadence of competitive updates shared with Sales, Product, and Leadership. - Use Gong and market signals input to maintain a current view of the competitive landscape. Qualifications - 3–6 years of product marketing experience in enterprise SaaS. - Proven ability to own product launches end-to-end with minimal oversight. - Strong writer and storyteller; able to turn technical product details into compelling buyer narratives. - Experience building sales enablement assets that AEs actually use. - Comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth environment where structure is still being built. - Fintech or financial services experience is a strong plus, not a requirement. What Success Looks Like - In your first 30 days: - You have met every AE, understand their top objections, and have audited existing enablement assets. - You have a clear view of the launch pipeline for the next 90 days. - In your first 60 days: - You have helped to organize product assets in a meaningful way within our current systems that is easy for our sales team to use and find. - You have a messaging framework drafted for at least two product lines. - In your first 90 days: - You own the full launch process for the next product release, from positioning through sales readiness. - AEs can articulate product value in buyer language, and they credit you for it. About the Team You will join a lean, high-caliber marketing team that punches above its weight. We are in a period of intentional growth, building the functions and infrastructure to support an enterprise motion at scale. You will have peers in Demand Gen, Brand & Content, and RevOps, and direct access to the Head of Marketing and CRO. Location This role is open in Belfast, UK and US Remote. Both locations are equally considered.
