This role is critical to helping Maneva scale its team across technical and go-to-market functions during an early growth phase.  This is an execution-oriented role focused primarily on full-cycle recruiting and hiring excellence. In parallel, you will establish onboarding and people processes with the business operations team to support new hires. As the company grows, many of these people operations responsibilities are expected to transition to People Operations allowing this role to remain deeply focused on talent acquisition and employer brand.  You will work closely with the leadership team to anticipate hiring needs, design effective hiring processes, and ensure a strong candidate and new-hire experience from first interaction through early ramp.  This role is fully remote.    Key Responsibilities  Talent Acquisition & Recruiting (Primary Focus)  - Own full-cycle recruiting across Maneva, with a strong focus on technical roles (AI, ML, software, computer vision, manufacturing technology) and go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, partnerships).  - Build and maintain a high-quality, long-term candidate pipeline aligned with Maneva’s near- and mid-term hiring roadmap.  - Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities.  - Develop creative sourcing strategies for highly specialized profiles in AI, manufacturing technology, and enterprise SaaS.  - Manage interview processes, candidate communication, and offer execution to ensure a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience.  Hiring Process & Employer Brand  - Design and continuously improve Maneva’s hiring processes, balancing speed, rigor, and fairness.  - Represent Maneva to candidates as a mission-driven, technically credible employer at the intersection of AI and manufacturing.  - Help articulate and reinforce Maneva’s values, culture, and expectations through the hiring experience.  Onboarding & Lightweight People Operations (Foundational)  - Own onboarding from offer acceptance through the first weeks of employment, ensuring new hires are set up for success.  - Establish initial onboarding workflows, documentation, and coordination across tools and teams.  - Maintain basic employee records and people processes in partnership with external platforms (e.g., Rippling).  - Act as a first point of contact for common people-related questions, with the understanding that these responsibilities will evolve and be handed off as the team grows.  Hiring Insights & Planning  - Track hiring pipelines, time-to-hire, and recruiting capacity.  - Provide leadership with clear visibility into recruiting progress, risks, and upcoming needs.  - Support early workforce planning as Maneva scales.

Position Overview: Analog Devices Advanced Physical Technology Group (APT) is seeking a System Architect for High Power Applications to drive innovation in next-generation high-power FETs and systems for the rapidly growing data center and energy power market. This role focuses on developing power system designs, application circuits and system modules utilizing Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Silicon Carbide (SiC) power devices. We are looking for a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in GaN and SiC based power electronics and 15 years of relevant industry experience in data center, energy, or similar high-performance infrastructure applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize application circuits for high-voltage, high-power converters using GaN and SiC switches. Design and evaluate demo boards and reference designs for new power products. Perform rigorous product evaluations and testing to ensure performance and reliability. Create design tools, simulation models, and circuit blocks to support internal and customer design efforts. Contribute to technical documentation, white papers, and application notes. Deliver presentations and technical training for internal teams and customers. Collaborate with design, systems, marketing, and applications engineering teams to bring differentiated power solutions to market. Required Skills and Experience: MSEE or Ph.D. in power electronics or related electrical engineering field. 10 years of industry experience in high-voltage GaN and SiC FET product design and applications, specifically for data center and energy high-performance power systems. Strong background in switching power supply design, analog circuits, and power conversion topologies (DC/DC and AC/DC). Deep knowledge of power electronics systems, driver and digital controller design. Hands-on expertise with lab instrumentation for high-power testing. Strong technical writing and communication skills, including experience with application notes and customer support. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary engineering team.
