Job Requirements

  • Levantar, analizar y documentar requerimientos funcionales y procesos de negocio.
  • Mapear procesos actuales y proponer mejoras operativas y funcionales.
  • Elaborar diagramas de flujo, documentación funcional y materiales formativos.
  • Diseñar mockups y apoyar en la definición de experiencia de usuario.
  • Analizar problemáticas operativas y proponer alternativas de solución.
  • Identificar impactos en diferentes áreas, productos y servicios.
  • Coordinar validaciones funcionales y pruebas de negocio.
  • Asegurar la correcta documentación y trazabilidad de procesos.
  • Colaborar con equipos técnicos y stakeholders de negocio para garantizar alineación funcional.
  • Participar en la evaluación funcional y técnica de procesos y sistemas.
  • Formación: Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia requerida: Experiencia en análisis y mapeo de procesos.
  • Experiencia en levantamiento de requerimientos funcionales.
  • Experiencia trabajando con stakeholders de negocio y equipos técnicos.
  • Experiencia elaborando diagramas de flujo y documentación funcional.
  • Experiencia en validación de flujos y pruebas funcionales.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo de Visio o herramientas similares de diagramación.
  • Conocimiento de SQL (consultas y validaciones básicas/intermedias).
  • Conocimiento en diseño de mockups.
  • Inglés avanzado.
