Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: - SailPoint Implementation and Configuration: - Aids in the design, implementation, and configuration of SailPoint IdentityNow tailored to the unique needs of the Allegis Group environment. - Customize and optimize SailPoint workflows, connectors, and policies to align with industry standards and best practices. - Develop, test, and implement IAM processes and systems that solve complex business needs related to identity, account provisioning, deprovisioning, and Role-based access control (RBAC). - Identity Lifecycle Management: - Part of the team that maintains the entire identity lifecycle in the Allegis Group setting, including onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access control (RBAC) processes. - Develop and maintain automated provisioning and de-provisioning workflows with a focus on user and data security. - Access Governance: - Implement and manage access governance strategies specific to Security Compliance requirements. - Conduct regular access reviews and certifications to address any issues related to user access to information. - Integration and Connector Development: - Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SailPoint with birthright systems and other core applications. - Develop custom connectors and integration solutions to enhance interoperability within the ecosystem. - Tier 2/3 support of the Identity ULM infrastructure in a highly available (SailPoint/Active Directory/Azure Active Directory environment). - Documenting standard work processes and procedures to be used by support teams. - Metrics gathering and reporting. - Identifying and transitioning operational activities to Identity Operations or Service Desk. Qualifications - Minimum 7 years and a B.S. in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience. - IAM/ULM or related qualifications or certifications. - Experience scoping and defining Identity lifecycle management concepts and processes e.g. joiners, movers, leavers. - Expert in Identity ULM tools and concepts in areas such as: - SailPoint IdentityNow Provisioning/Deprovisioning. - SailPoint IdentityNow Access Requests. - SailPoint IdentityNow connector/application provisioning. - Role Based Access Controls. - Attribute syncing. - Identity Governance and Certifications. - Expert with on-premises and cloud platforms. - IT Security experience preferred. - Experience with current Database Platforms (SQL, Azure SQL, JDBC eHub). - Programming Languages (SQL, REST, JSON, OAuth, PowerShell). - Strong technical proficiency in the following: - SailPoint IdentityNow. - Active Directory (management, configuration). - Azure AD. - PowerShell. - Proven ability to analyze and understand business problems. - Excellent documentation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Knowledge of industry best practices related to User Lifecycle Management (ULM) and Identity Governance. - Comfortable working in a dynamic, highly communicative team environment. • The Engineer, Access Control Systems is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security access control systems across Colovore's data center sites and construction projects. • This role partners closely with Facilities, Construction, Operations, Engineering, IT, Network, Compliance and vendor teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable access control solutions. • The position combines system design, programming, installation, integration, and quality control in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
The VHA HEFP Special Engineering Program (SEP) manages nationally prioritized, high-impact capital initiatives, including the Electronic Health Record Modernization, Facility Recapitalization, and Targeted Infrastructure programs. SEP establishes national priorities to ensure consistent, enterprise-wide alignment and execution. Gritter Francona is looking for a Construction System Engineer to support this potential project.
