• Du steuerst den gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus: Onboarding, Vertragsmanagement, Austritte und Abwesenheitsmanagement • Du erstellst und pflegst Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnisse und weitere personalrelevante Dokumente • Du verwaltest und aktualisierst die Stammdaten im HRIS (Workday) mit hoher Datenqualität • Du administrierst betriebliche Benefits und die betriebliche Altersvorsorge (bAV) • Du bereitest die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung eigenverantwortlich vor, führst sie durch und prüfst sie auf Plausibilität • Du bist die Schnittstelle zum externen Payroll-Dienstleister – von der Datenweitergabe bis zur Freigabe • Du stellst die termingerechte Auszahlung und Korrektheit aller Abrechnungen sicher • Du pflegst audit-konforme Personalakten und Dokumentationen gemäß gesetzlicher und interner Anforderungen • Du sicherst die Datenqualität in Workday und erkennst Inkonsistenzen proaktiv • Du unterstützt bei Onboarding-Unterlagen, disziplinarischen Dokumentationen und Exit-Prozessen

Job Requirements

  • Mindestens 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der HR-Administration oder Entgeltabrechnung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen und österreichischen Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht – Kenntnisse in anderen EU-Ländern sind ein Plus
  • Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen; Erfahrung mit Workday ist ein Plus
  • Kenntnisse in DATEV
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Unternehmenssprache)

Ensuring all changes are documented.
