Role Description The HR Operations Effectiveness Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting processes and solutions used by the HR Operations team to effectively meet HR division and Center of Excellence requirements while providing for the operational needs of the Product Operating Model. The incumbent must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and partner effectively. The incumbent will be relied on to deliver on key initiatives and must develop and manage work plans/roadmaps. The incumbent will be responsible to articulate opportunities and resources required, initiate work, provide progress updates, and track metrics/create dashboards to offer insights for decision-making and measure performance. Duties & Responsibilities - Manage content/knowledge tools and resources and ensure information is accurate, accessible, and up to date. - Partner on continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, including root cause analysis and process improvement. - Administer operational workflow efficiency. - Seek input from COE partners and HR Operations team members and jointly identify risks and implement and monitor HR Operations controls. - Work with leadership to establish performance metrics, partner to create dashboards, and communicate performance outcomes. - Complete Quality Assurance evaluations of HR Service Center Representatives. - Solicit feedback from business process owners and enhance the process by which operational business tasks are completed. - Onboard/transition processes from COE and other partners to be administered by HR Operations. - Partner with cross-functional entities to improve the employee experience with process and technology, deliver value, and provide excellent client service. - Model Thrivent’s leadership competencies – Model the Way, Rally the Team, and Deliver Outcomes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience. - 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or related area. - Strong strategy execution/implementation, organization, and project management skills with demonstrated ability to adapt to change and reprioritize plans. - Strong business acumen, and strength in execution with excellence. - Data-driven decision maker with strong personal and professional judgement. - Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with others at all levels within the organization. - Experience in a contact center environment with a solid understanding of HR processes and practices. - Ability to quickly learn, manage, and improve complex business processes. - Strong organization and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and compliance. - Effectively manage competing priorities and shifting demands. - Maintain structure and accountability while remaining adaptable to change. - Team player - actively collaborate and support the team during peak workloads or transitions. - Communicative and work well independently. - Proficient in MS office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality. - Ability to travel occasionally for key meetings or initiatives.
