Role Description We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a key support capacity. The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business. - Manage daily administrative tasks to support the team's operations. - Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars. - Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism. - Prepare and organise documents and reports as needed. - Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is welcoming and functional. - Support the finance department with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks. Qualifications - Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of basic bookkeeping is an advantage. Requirements - Experience in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with office management procedures. - Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
