Role Description As a GuidePoint Security Project Manager, you are managing a unique portfolio of security-focused Professional Services engagements which directly contribute to our client’s goals and success. This is a remote/virtual position working for a home office with possible travel (up to 10%). This position may also require serving as a client-side billable resource for Project Management service delivery. - Efficient and effective management of Professional Services projects through the full engagement lifecycle: - Sales handoff - Resourcing - Customer project plan development - Execution management - Project closeout activities - Ensure regular and timely communications to all key stakeholders - Manage project issues and risks to resolution - Maintain and foster internal and external customer relationships, ensuring objectives and statement of work deliverables are met - Plan and manage resources ensuring all projects meet scope and budget expectations - Maintain the OpenAir PSA application for project data - Manage and support internal processes for revenue recognition and customer invoicing - Create and maintain project management methodology and process documentation - Provide Project Management services to GuidePoint customers in a professional service capacity - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting services role or similar IT Project Management structure - Experience in interfacing with information security positions and stakeholders - Experience with Agile methodology - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience - Personal drive and passion for personal growth and the growth of PMO and other GuidePoint Security teams - Advanced project management skills, with demonstrated ability to evaluate project objectives and scope, gain customer understanding, schedule resources, and manage timeline and budget to plan - Ability to manage multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction and financial health - Understanding of a broad range of information security terms and disciplines - Understanding of professional services revenue recognition and invoicing - Demonstrated successful leadership of personnel and technical projects, including the ability to lead, mentor and develop team members - Written communication skills for preparing formal deliverables - Verbal communication skills that include the ability to communicate with anyone from a technical resource to the highest level of management - Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks and prioritize - Ability to build customer relationships that enhance communications to ensure project success - Demonstrated strong skills in persuasion and negotiation - Advanced use of all Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project, with advanced ability to utilize Microsoft Excel for project reporting - Proficient in Jira, OpenAir and Salesforce, or other Professional Services applications - Standard industry certifications are preferred - Advanced computer skills with Mac and Google application experience preferred - Experience utilizing remote teleconferencing tools - Willingness to travel up to 10% - Evening and weekend hours may be required - Ability to exemplify GuidePoint Security Core Values: - Desire to “Take Ownership & Complete Our Mission” - Ability to “Wow Them” by enhancing customer experience - Passion to “Always Challenge Themselves and Have Fun Doing It” - Desire to follow the “No Jerks” Core Value Benefits - Remote workforce primarily (U.S. based only, some travel may be required for certain positions) - Group Medical Insurance options: - Zero Deductible PPO Plan (GuidePoint pays 90% of the premium for employees and 70% for family plans) - High Deductible Health Plan with HSA (GuidePoint pays 100% of the employees premiums and 75% for family plans) - Group Dental Insurance: GuidePoint pays 100% of the premium for employees and 75% of family plans - 12 corporate holidays and a Flexible Time Off (FTO) program - Healthy mobile phone and home internet allowance - Eligibility for retirement plan after 2 months at open enrollment - Pet Benefit Option

Role Description EIT Health executes a portfolio of 100+ activities per year and is therefore seeking to appoint a Project Manager who will be reporting to the Head of Calls Coordination and Project Management Office. The Project Management Office is part of the team under the Director of Operations, which is overseeing all operations across EIT Health. The candidate must be comfortable interfacing with different stakeholders from other units and departments across the organisation, coordinating the management of activities part of the EIT Health portfolio. The candidate should possess the ability to travel rarely across Europe, as the role may involve limited but necessary travel for meetings, or other business-related activities. Portfolio Management: - Proactively engage with teams (internally and/or externally) that are leading EIT Health activities and ensure timely reporting on progress, financial, and performance matters (e.g. maintaining EIT Health KPIs, budget amendments). - Implement project monitoring and evaluation. - Implement processes, including use and development of IT tools, that support activities teams and the EIT Health organisation to have full overview of project progress and performance. - Propose mitigation/improvement action plans related to the set of activities under their responsibilities. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Extract and analyse data and produce ad hoc dashboards and communication supports to allow portfolio management and results dissemination, both internally and externally. - Support compiling the Business Plan and annual report of EIT Health. - Report regularly to the Head of Project Management Office on the progress of the activities and interactions with any other unit. - Provide ad hoc written activity reports. Team Collaboration: - Ensure seamless procedures between the Project Management Office and other functions (e.g. Finance, Communications). - Contribute to shared tools, best practices, and portfolio-level initiatives within the Project Management Office team. - Support the Head in any operational tasks linked to the Department development and improvement. Qualifications - Relevant academic degrees at Master level or higher and/or equivalent professional experience/qualifications. - Validated experience working in international organisations, public sector, or healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements. - Validated 3 years of experience in project management at EU level, involving grant management, multi-stakeholders’ engagement and budget management. - Experienced in working on your own initiative, with a high level of autonomy, collaboratively, and cross-functionally across multiple teams. - Comfortable in developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders internally. - Proven interpersonal and communication skills, strong presentation skills, particularly in writing and an ability to present complex issues. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. - Quality and result-focused, action-orientated, and knows how to juggle and progress multiple initiatives, whilst knowing how to prioritize key initiatives to meet the timelines set and manage stakeholder expectations related to these. - Display professional levels of confidentiality and political savvy. - Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
