• Design, implement, and maintain Juniper-based network infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance. • Deploy, configure, and manage Zabbix monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. • Administer and optimize Linux-based environments, leveraging Python/Bash scripting for automation and system management. • Manage and fine-tune MySQL databases (preferably Percona MySQL) to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver technical solutions. • Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support operational excellence. • Ensure compliance with security standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work with network architects to design, build and operate Kepler’s mission-critical networks • Contribute to the team to design, build. and operate the corporate network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, security appliances, and hybrid cloud connectivity • Manage network security and segmentation, ensuring infrastructure adheres to security best practices and company policies • Design and maintain hybrid cloud networking architectures, integrating on-prem environments with AWS services • Develop and maintain network automation tools, leveraging Python, Ansible, and infrastructure-as-code approaches to improve reliability and operational efficiency • Collaborate closely with software, FPGA, and mission operations teams to support network infrastructure for satellite operations and ground systems • Provide operational support for corporate and service provider network infrastructure, including participation in on-call rotations • Implement monitoring, logging, and observability tools to proactively detect and resolve network issues • Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and operational runbooks • Participate in change management processes, including planning, implementation, and post-change validation • Support incident response and root cause analysis for network-related outages or performance issues

• Provide diagnostic and restoration efforts for all priority incidents involving network infrastructure, as well as provide root cause analysis and publish Root Cause Analysis documents. • Act as a mentor to Service Desk team members providing technical assistance and guidance on networking technologies. • Clearly and consistently communicate with client IT departments and ANM technical teams about the status and progress on issues. • Generate and implement clear and consistent documentation of client environments. • Perform analysis and diagnosis of network infrastructure problems including routing, switching, wireless, security, and SD-WAN. • Evaluate client environments for optimization and improvement opportunities. • Follow and develop documentation and SOPs for project deliverables and support procedures. • Support new client onboarding efforts including environment baselining, documentation, and monitoring setup. • Participate in project activities on an as-needed basis. • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule for high-priority escalations. • Invest time in continued education to learn new technologies.
