• You source new training institutions and continuing education providers on behalf of our clients — leveraging your expertise in the learning-portfolio environment — and independently conduct contract negotiations. • You manage and further develop existing service partners and continuously identify opportunities to optimize our procurement terms. • You also support supplier evaluations and risk analyses. • You continuously assess opportunities to transition specific portfolio services from a provider-sourcing model to a self-delivery model to improve the portfolio's cost-effectiveness. • You actively contribute to the development and optimization of our procurement processes and the necessary legal documentation. • As the central interface between customers and the supplier market, you ensure efficient, professional procurement processes for a continuously curated learning portfolio. • With your decisiveness, negotiation skills, and ability to manage diverse stakeholders, you will play a key role in expanding our procurement function. • You are responsible for the careful maintenance of supplier and master data in our CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
  • Initial professional experience in indirect procurement, vendor management, or the training/education sector
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a professional demeanor when dealing with national and international partners
  • Ideally, basic knowledge of contract law and experience in drafting contracts with service providers and suppliers
  • Customer- and service-orientation, initiative, and good commercial and analytical understanding
  • A structured, responsible, and quality-oriented way of working
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
