BRE

• Lead business growth activity across Poland while supporting expansion into key Eastern European markets • Develop and deliver business development plans across Poland and selected Eastern European markets • Generate new revenue opportunities across the BREEAM portfolio and wider BRE services • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and industry influencers • Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach • Represent BRE at industry events, conferences and networking forums • Collaborate closely with regional sales, marketing and product teams to support growth objectives • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management and revenue forecasting • Provide market intelligence and customer insight to support BRE's long-term European growth strategy • Act as a trusted link between local market requirements and BRE's international teams

• Design, maintain, and execute manual and automated tests across a range of applications. • Create clear, structured, and maintainable test cases aligned to requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Conduct functional, regression, integration, API, exploratory, accessibility, and cross-browser testing. • Identify, document, prioritise, and retest defects, ensuring issues are communicated clearly and efficiently. • Collaborate with development and product teams to embed quality throughout the Agile delivery process. • Support risk-based testing approaches, focusing effort where it delivers the greatest value. • Contribute to improving test coverage, automation capabilities, and overall software delivery practices. • Help raise awareness of quality best practice and encourage shared ownership of quality across teams.

• Plan and carry out technical surveillance audits across certified sprinkler contractors • Review system designs and verify compliance through detailed assessments • Conduct site inspections to ensure installations meet required standards • Record audit findings accurately and produce high-quality reports • Review and assess responses to any non-conformances within agreed timeframes • Support certification decisions by recommending approvals, additional audits, or suspensions where needed • Represent the business professionally when engaging with clients and stakeholders • Contribute to team activities, including audit support, service improvements, and new customer development

• Manage and deliver certification projects, including client meetings, proposals and technical reports • Undertake BES 6001 technical surveillance audits across the UK, Europe & China • Contribute to the development, maintenance and improvement of assurance scheme design and processes • Ensure certification and verification activities are delivered in line with relevant standards • Review customer and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for performance improvements • Support technical experts in maintaining and developing the Sustainable Products science base • Assist in the development of digital platforms supporting supply chain assurance services • Deliver fee‑earning work contributing to team performance and growth • Collaborate closely with the Responsible Sourcing Senior Consultant and wider Sustainable Products Team.
