Role Description SpartanX is seeking a highly organized ESC Electrician Scheduler to support residential solar electrical operations across active markets. This role is responsible for coordinating electrical schedules, managing electrician assignments, supporting inspection readiness, and ensuring projects move efficiently through electrical completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, communicates professionally, and can effectively coordinate between electricians, operations teams, permitting departments, inspectors, utilities, and homeowners. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational flow, reducing scheduling delays, and supporting efficient electrical production across multiple active projects. What You’ll Do - Schedule and coordinate residential solar electricians across active projects and markets - Manage daily and weekly electrical scheduling based on project readiness, manpower, and operational priorities - Coordinate with permitting, inspections, utilities, operations, and installation teams to maintain project flow - Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding electrical appointments, scheduling updates, and project timelines - Monitor electrical completion timelines and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or delays - Assist with inspection scheduling and electrical readiness coordination - Maintain organized scheduling records and update operational systems accurately and in real time - Coordinate service corrections, electrical revisits, and inspection-related scheduling adjustments when necessary - Support electrician productivity and routing efficiency through proper scheduling practices - Escalate operational concerns or scheduling issues when necessary Qualifications - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and operational deadlines simultaneously - Professional communication skills with homeowners, electricians, inspectors, and internal teams - Strong attention to detail and follow-through - Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative operations environment - Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven operational environments - Experience with CRMs, scheduling software, and operational systems preferred - Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities - Solar, construction, electrical, or operations scheduling experience preferred Preferred Qualifications - Previous solar scheduling or electrical operations experience - Familiarity with inspection processes, permitting workflows, and utility coordination - Experience supporting field operations or construction scheduling - Strong administrative and operational coordination background Benefits - Competitive compensation based on experience - Opportunities for advancement within a rapidly expanding solar company - Team-focused culture built on accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence - Opportunity to directly support operational efficiency and project success Legal Disclaimer SpartanX is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values workplace diversity.
