Circle
• Prioritize customer issues across our email channels. • Ramp up during an onboarding phase, and eventually provide hands-on support for Circle Plus communities. • Become an expert on the Circle product, along with our internal staff admin tool. • Advise creators on practical solutions as they launch and build their communities. • Troubleshoot a wide range of issues across desktop and mobile browsers, along with our desktop app, Android, iOS mobile apps, and our custom branded app. • Escalate feedback to inform and improve our product. • Collaborate with engineers and designers to troubleshoot complex technical issues across live stream, payments, notifications, events, member management, and more. • Identify trends from customer inquiries to suggest proactive solutions. • Collaborate with a global team through Notion, Slack, and Zendesk.
Job Requirements

- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are excited to be a part of a startup with some serious traction, where you will have a strong voice to inform product development and our roadmap.
- You're skilled at understanding and implementing technical workflows at a fast pace.
- You love understanding customer needs, and get satisfaction out of being extremely helpful.

- You enjoy learning new topics, and are eager to embrace new product developments.
- Bonus points: Experience working with Zendesk. This is the ticketing system we use.
- You've worked in a 100% remote role before, with an international team.
- Experience working with community, payment, live stream, or content-related products.
- Experience with automation and/or Zapier to create workflows.
- Experience troubleshooting application logins and/or Single Sign-On flows.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting API issues.

Role Description Our Customer Support Specialist I is required to handle incoming customer calls and to provide detailed initial troubleshooting and, whenever possible, problem resolution. Our Support Specialists’ triage incoming requests by gathering information, documenting issues within the ticket tracking system, setting priorities, and managing customer expectations in accordance with our published service level agreement. - First point of contact for incoming Support & Services requests from clients with prioritization of phone calls, voicemails, and emails. - Provides technical support & services for all products, such as Website, Office (Accounting), Reservations, CRM, Mobile Menu and App (all inclusive), G Suite, and MS Office. - Identify critical support needs and ensure prompt resolution, including “warm,” immediate transfers to Support Teams. - Provide excellent customer service through all support channels and ongoing ticket management. - Act as liaison between clients and management to build positive working relationships with customers by effectively communicating ticket status and resolution to customers. - Create documentation and knowledge base articles to improve service delivery. - Take ownership of customer issues and provide resolution or escalate when necessary. - Communicate with other departments including sales, implementation, development, and technology to ensure client needs are met. - Adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by meeting live chat, response time, and customer satisfaction performance targets. Qualifications - Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients, communicating through multiple channels (phone, email, chat). - Technically savvy with curiosity for how software works and drive to master new software/technologies. - Keen problem solver, able to think on their feet to troubleshoot an issue and guide clients to a resolution that are both technical and non-technical. - Ability to multi-task effectively in an energetic, fast-paced environment. - College degree preferred and/or up to a year of equivalent relevant experience. - Prior customer service experience in a SaaS (software-as-a-service) environment preferred, but not required. - Working knowledge of G-Suite, Microsoft Office, helpdesk software and CRM experience (Help Scout, Salesforce, Service Cloud). - A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. Role Description We are seeking a Network Customer Service Support professional to join our Network Solutions team. This is a fully remote role working Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST, with typically one Saturday per month. Candidates must be located within the Pacific Time Zone. - Delivers specific delegated Customer Service tasks assigned by a supervisor. - Receives requests by email, telephone or via a CRM. - Documents issues within the CRM using specific guidelines. - Runs reports and analyzes them to ensure issues are prioritized and resolved based on service level agreements. - Researches multiple system applications to identify root cause of issue which can be complex in nature. - Works to resolve issue within own unit or outside unit. - May require outreach to other internal resources or external resources outside of the company. - Responds to inquiries from clients, providers and/or other internal or external partners. - Determines most effective response. - Independently responds to inquiries, grievances, or complaints of moderate to substantial complexity. - Completes day-to-day tasks without immediate supervision but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. - Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. - Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members. Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent. - Experience in a fast-paced, production environment. - Customer Service experiences in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location preferred, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate. - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently. - Ability to write clearly and effectively when communicating with all parties.
