Senior Supply Chain Coordinator
CHS Inc.
• Create, enter, and maintain sales orders, shipping documents, and invoices in systems. • Ensure accurate reflection of order terms, including product, quantity, delivery details, and pricing. • Serve as a key contact for customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders regarding order status, shipment issues, and general inquiries. • Coordinate with logistics, plant operations, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Maintain thorough documentation of all order transactions and ensure timely scanning/filing in electronic document management systems. • Monitor open orders and delivery performance, escalating risks or delays to appropriate team members or leadership. • Partner closely with peers and the team manager to support team goals and operational consistency across plant locations.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or a related operational role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Mapics, OSM or similar platforms).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in agriculture, animal nutrition, or commodities-based businesses.
- Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
