Job Description

Partnership Executive - Influencer and Curator Acquisition

Liberty Music PR

Role Description We are seeking a passionate and driven Partnership Executive to join our team on a remote, contractor basis. This is a unique opportunity to be at the ground floor of something genuinely exciting. As our Partnership Executive, you will be the driving force behind signing influencers and curators onto the Liberty Music PR app — identifying, approaching and negotiating with the right people, and building relationships that create real opportunities for artists and creators alike. Starting as a 20-hour per week contractor role, this position has real potential to grow into a full-time permanent role as the platform scales. This is not a passive role — we need someone who is hungry, proactive and confident picking up the phone and making things happen. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates based in the North of England. Manchester would be ideal, given the city's thriving music and creative scene — but we welcome applications from across the North. Key Responsibilities - Identify, Target and Approach — Source influencers, curators and content creators who are the right fit for the Liberty Music PR app. - Lead Outreach Campaigns — Execute campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. - Pitch and Close Deals — Present the app compellingly and negotiate partnership agreements that work for both parties. - Pipeline Management — Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, tracking progress and following up consistently. - Relationship Management — Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with signed influencers and curators. - Team Collaboration — Work closely with the Liberty Music PR leadership team to refine the partnership proposition and identify new opportunities. - Stay Ahead of Trends — Keep on top of developments in the music, influencer and creator economy to ensure we are targeting the right people at the right time. - Reporting — Report on pipeline activity, conversion rates and partnership performance on a regular basis. Qualifications - A proven background in sales, business development or partnership management. - Experience working with influencers, content creators, curators or within the music, media or entertainment industry. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally. - An existing network within the influencer or music creator space — you know people and people know you. - Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and across social platforms. - Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently as a contractor. - Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple conversations and leads simultaneously. Requirements - Experience with music streaming platforms, playlist curation or digital music marketing. - An understanding of how influencer marketing campaigns are structured and measured. - Existing relationships with music influencers, TikTok creators or playlist curators. - Experience using CRM tools to manage outreach pipelines. Benefits - Ground Floor Opportunity — Be part of something genuinely new and exciting from day one. - Flexible Working — A 20-hour per week contractor arrangement with real potential to grow into a full-time permanent role. - Industry Access — Direct access to the Liberty Music PR leadership team and the artists and industry contacts that come with it. - Passionate Team Environment — Join a creative, fast-moving team that genuinely loves what they do. - Work Your Way — We care about results, not micromanagement. How and when you work is up to you.
