Job Requirements
- ServSafe Food Service Manager Certification
- 5+ years of food operations experience, including 3+ years of management
- Experience with cash handling policies and procedures
- Familiarity with various point of sales (POS)/register systems
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms
- Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
- Not Required But a Big Plus: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
- Experience working in a hospital environment
- Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish

Role Description We are seeking a skilled, experienced Technical Director to join our Operations and Maintenance Services team supporting a diverse array of treatment facilities across the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment, with a proven track record of providing operational and regulatory compliance expertise to drinking water treatment facilities. This role is critical to helping to ensure the stability, efficiency, and compliance of water treatment systems under our care. The position is location independent with an average expectation of 50% travel (typically 8-10 nights/month). Ideal location is Central or Mountain time zones. Close to a major airport is a plus for reduced travel time. - Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance across our portfolio of facilities on the operation of water treatment plants, including troubleshooting, process control and optimization, and regulatory compliance. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with facility-based operational staff, regulatory agencies, company leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with plant performance goals and regulatory requirements. - Quality Assurance: Support the company’s QA programs to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations. - Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and maintenance activities. Qualifications - Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related field required. Course work in data science/statistical methods is a plus. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in water treatment operations, treatment process troubleshooting and/or regulatory roles. Plant supervisory experience and/or operational licensure is a plus. - Strong knowledge of SDWA requirements and industry standards for water treatment facility performance. - Experience in project or initiative management, including planning, execution, budgeting or costing, and stakeholder management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • This position provides a leadership role for Revenue Cycle analytical support for financial positioning and future growth within the entire Revenue Cycle operational areas. • This position leads in the development, analysis, and preparation of strategic Revenue Cycle metrics and reviews current operating results to achieve overall system and entity strategic goals and objectives. • This position is responsible for the direction and supervision of the Revenue Cycle Analytics team members. • Compiles Revenue Cycle data, creates enterprise, regional, and local metric dashboard(s) from start to finish (full stack development) and conducts advanced revenue cycle operational performance analysis to provide a high level of financial and operational expertise through analysis and interpretation of data. • Serves as leader or subject matter expert in Revenue Cycle data. • Manages data and integrity to include ongoing validation and comparison with Revenue Cycle operational activity. • Provides direction to manage implementation and support for Revenue Cycle information systems to enhance current and future system functionality.
• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement and outreach strategies aligned with the ZERO Health Equity Project goals • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of multi-regional community-based prostate cancer awareness and screening programs • Cultivate and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders across regions, including healthcare providers, community-based organizations, and volunteers • Identify and cultivate partnerships with local organizations, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), primary care providers, safety net hospitals, and urology practices • Lead planning and execution of roundtables, health fairs, outreach events, and educational forums in target communities • Supervise and mentor a team of 2–3 Community Engagement Managers and volunteers • Partner with the Director of Measurement & Evaluation to collect and analyze data on program outcomes and community impact.
