Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) years of experience in sales and customer service
- 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental)
- Good supervisory skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (as a plus)
- Highly organized and excellent customer service skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship

The vAuto The Performance Manager (PM) is responsible for client retention and utilization, ultimately resulting in continued revenue stream from a business model where no client contracts exist. The PM is also responsible for harvesting additional accounts and expanding/upselling product functionality in an effort to maximize revenue growth across their client base. Responsible for managing between 100 - 140 accounts across multiple software applications.
