Solution Consultant – Italian Speaker
Workiva
• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings, drive the discovery process, and identify areas where Workiva solutions align to address customer/prospect needs • Ensure customer success by working with Workiva Client Services team for smooth onboarding and long term success • Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domain areas developing working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact • Assist in developing new use-cases or by using existing templates providing proof of our solution's impact and value proposition • Conduct process assessments with customers, build Proof of Concepts to validate requirements, build and present customer specific business cases • May begin to deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring peers • Work with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to achieve team and company goals • Assist Sales in developing account plans in support of Workiva strategies and objectives
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience
- 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, software development, technical sales, or a related field
- Fluency in English & Italian
- Experience with business intelligence technologies, databases or data management platforms
- Experience in process improvement consulting and financial transformation initiatives
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex financial or technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Comprehensive understanding of the internal processes of a company’s accounting, finance or sustainability function
- Ability to assess business needs and deliver a value-based, compelling software demonstration, using formal presales methodologies
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Excellent client-facing presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, successfully multi-tasking and determining priorities to meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests
