• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and operational workflows. • Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise platforms. • Develop AI-powered solutions for workflow orchestration, ticket triaging, knowledge retrieval, reporting, and process automation. • Create and maintain APIs, automation scripts, and cloud-based AI services. • Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and multi-agent workflows. • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities. • Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards. • Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI agent performance and reliability.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI application development.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrates an AI experimentation mindset with the ability to prototype, test, and refine AI-driven workflow automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade AI or automation solutions.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and ServiceNow.
- Good understanding of AI governance, security, and enterprise compliance practices.
- Experience with enterprise AI copilots, workflow automation, or cloud platforms is highly preferred.
