You will lead content design practice within the team, guiding 3 senior content officers in uplifting Transport for content to meet NSW Government accessibility, usability and content design standards, and publishing it on nsw.gov.au You will lead digital content strategies to deliver content projects in a fast-paced, complex environment. Your advanced UX knowledge, content design and stakeholder engagement capabilities will see you drive content excellence, lead cross-functional collaboration, and deliver end-to-end content solutions.
