Primary Purpose: The Customer Account Partner (CAP) at Univar Solutions is responsible for the success of our customers. As the voice of the customer, you will act both as an advocate for our products and services, and as a champion for our customers. Your job is to ensure that our customers have the best possible customer experience while building and maintaining long lasting relationships. A successful CAP will make important decisions on behalf of the company in alignment with our financial objectives and customer satisfaction standards. All activities are to be handled in accordance with the company's goals of safety, compliance, and code of conduct. What You'll Do: - Take proactive ownership of customer issues & complaints, trouble shoot problems, and see them through to resolution. - Assist customers in achieving strong value from Univar Solutions by efficiently and proactively handling all orders in a timely manner (beginning to end). - Must handle department requirements and standards on order entry and accuracy. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and internal partners. - Work cross functionally with all teams, raise unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. - Document knowledge, order status, order issues, customer complexities, issue resolution, customer and internal contact as required. - Improve policy, procedures, and technology to enable the end-to-end process, relationships, and value more efficiently. - Be a partner to your Field Sellers assisting in driving deep customer relationships, upselling, using data and analyst that anticipate customer’s needs and buying trends. - Maintain ongoing high Net Promoter Scores. What You'll Need: - Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School degree required Minimum 3 years customer service experience with a dedicated customer portfolio - SAP and Salesforce experience a plus - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook - Meticulous attention to detail - Ability to prioritize and handle a sophisticated workload and projects in a fast paced environment - Shown success in problem solving with cross-functional teams and various departments - Highly adaptable, self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and improvement Where You'll Work: Waxahachie, TX Hybrid schedule #LI-RS1 It takes people like you and a global network of more than 9,500 employees to build a company where the best people want to work. Role Description The Franchise Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the success of franchise owners from onboarding through grand opening and beyond. This individual works closely with the Operations Manager and Onboarding Specialist to ensure franchisees and their teams are equipped with the tools, training, and guidance needed to launch and grow successfully. This is a highly hands-on role with a strong emphasis on new location openings, field training, and ongoing franchisee support. Essential Job Functions: - Franchise Onboarding & Openings: - Partner with the Operations Manager and Onboarding Specialist to support successful franchise launches. - Serve as the primary launch lead during new location openings, ensuring readiness across training, operations, and compliance. - Travel up to 50% to provide on-site support during openings. - Co-facilitate onboarding for new franchisees and ensure readiness prior to grand opening. - Drive structured post-onboarding follow-ups, tracking milestones and addressing gaps through grand opening. - Training & Development: - Assist in creating, refining, and maintaining training materials aligned with brand standards. - Establish and reinforce consistent execution standards across onboarding and openings. - Franchisee Engagement & Programs: - Lead and facilitate Mastermind sessions to drive collaboration and accountability. - Act as a primary point of contact for early-stage franchisees, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues as needed. - Operational Support: - Own project execution in support of the Operations Manager on key initiatives. - Support broader operational needs while delivering high-quality service and responsiveness to franchisees.
