Role Description As the AI GTM Specialist, Data & Analytics, you will be the primary catalyst for driving Insight’s Google Solution Line Data and Generative AI business through our partnership with Google Cloud. You aren't just selling a platform; you are architecting the future of enterprise intelligence. Your mission is to turn abstract AI potential into concrete, revenue-generating reality. Key Responsibilities - Sales Enablement & Execution: Partner with Insight sales teams to identify and qualify high-value Data/AI opportunities within their existing customer base. - Solution Architecting: Lead discovery workshops to design end-to-end data strategies, focusing on platforms like BigQuery for data warehousing and Vertex AI for model orchestration, and their integration into Gemini Enterprise. - GenAI Evangelism: Act as the subject matter expert on Gemini and Large Language Models (LLMs), helping customers move from "AI-curious" to "AI-first" through tailored Proofs of Concept (PoCs). - GTM Strategy: Develop and execute a joint go-to-market plan with Insight field sales, including webinars, executive briefings, and industry-specific solution plays. - Technical Bridge: Serve as the liaison between Insight’s technical delivery teams and Google Cloud’s internal product engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Qualifications - 10+ years of professional experience in technical sales, solution architecture, or digital transformation consulting. - At least 5 years specifically focused on Data Engineering, Analytics, or Machine Learning. - Proven track record with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly preferred. Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus, provided there is a willingness to master the Google stack immediately. - Exceptional presentation skills. - B.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, MBA, or equivalent practical experience in the field. Requirements - Deep understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning models within Vertex AI. - Expertise in modernizing legacy data stacks into BigQuery, including Looker integration and data governance. - Ability to navigate "Value-Based Selling" rather than just feature-dumping; focusing on ROI and business outcomes. - Understanding the nuances of working with a Global Systems Integrator (GSI) like Insight to drive "co-sell" motions. Benefits - Opportunity to represent Google Cloud’s most advanced technology. - Access to the resources of a tech giant while maintaining the agility of a specialized sales team. What Success Looks Like in Year 1 - Scaling the Insight-led Data & AI pipeline by 30% through proactive engagement. - Closing at least 3 "lighthouse" GenAI projects using Gemini that serve as case studies for the partnership. - Becoming a Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer (if not already held).

Role Description We're looking for someone who's genuinely fluent in AI — not as a buzzword, but as a hands-on tool for building workflows, automating processes, and connecting systems that actually work. You'll use AI to move fast and build smart across our internal tools — with the potential to bring that same impact to our clients down the road. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't just advise, but builds, tests, and ships. You'll work closely with a small, scrappy team to eliminate manual work and create systems that make everyone's job easier and our business faster. What You'll Do - Audit our current tools and workflows, identify quick wins, and move fast - Build and manage automations across our core stack (HubSpot, PandaDoc, GSuite, Quo) - Use AI to power smarter systems — auto-responses, quote generation, PDF creation, and more - Connect our tools so they work together seamlessly, reducing breakage and manual intervention - Communicate clearly with the team about how systems work and how changes affect other roles Qualifications - Someone who builds with AI as their primary tool - Comfortable enough with code to read it, troubleshoot it, and know when something's off - Experienced building automations for small businesses — you know how to do a lot with a little - Someone who understands the why behind what they're building, not just the technical execution - A strong communicator who can make complex systems feel simple Requirements - Contract role $100-120k per year
