Role Description The isolved Marketplace is looking for a Marketplace Development Associate to support the growth of our Marketplace. This entry-level role focuses on supporting partnership development activities, maintaining tracking and documentation, and assisting with due diligence processes. Working closely with senior team members, this individual will develop foundational skills in marketplace partnerships while contributing to the overall expansion of the Marketplace organization and revenue. - Participate, schedule and prepare for discovery calls with internal teams, clients and third-party vendors to review viability for the isolved Marketplace. - Facilitate the due diligence and security process for marketplace partnerships and maintain status tracking and follow up items. - Coordinate with Marketplace Integration Technical Manager to facilitate partner integration and tracking. - Maintain and update prospect and partner tracking and produce routine status reports and updates to leadership. - Support cross-functional projects across multiple teams under the guidance of senior team members. - Assist with isolved introductory meetings, support the development of partnership pitches, and help facilitate partnership contracts and due diligence documentation. - Collaborate with other product teams to promote development initiatives supportive of Marketplace growth. - Assist in researching market trends to support identification of future required partnerships. - Maintain project tracking for prospective marketplace partners. - Assist with ad-hoc requests to support marketplace growth initiatives. Qualifications - Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; or up to 1 year of related experience in a business development, sales support, partnerships, or related role. - Basic familiarity with or interest in HCM, payroll, or benefits industry preferred but not required. - Experience with isolved HCM software preferred but not required. - Basic exposure to or interest in contract and vendor documentation a plus. - Self-directed and self-motivated individual with an inquisitive and persistent nature. - Ability to achieve high performance and efficiency. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Must be flexible and quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues. - Excels in a high-performing and professional team in a remote work environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to participate in meetings and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders. - Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with Asana. - Familiarity with Salesforce preferred but not required. Requirements - Works on routine tasks and well-defined assignments where analysis of situations or data requires following established guidelines. - Receives supervision and detailed instructions on all work assignments. - Regular check-ins with manager are expected as part of the role's development structure. - Receives specific task-level assignments with clear direction on expected outcomes. - Errors in work may require rework and could affect team timelines. - Decisions are reviewed by senior staff to minimize impact on the organization. • Designing, building, and executing performance testing strategies • Own the full non-functional testing lifecycle • Ensure systems meet performance thresholds and production readiness standards • Work closely with AI Test Engineering, product, and DevOps

• validate the accuracy, robustness, and regulatory correctness of payroll calculation services • work closely with product management, payroll domain experts, and engineering teams • design, implement, and execute test strategies for payroll calculation engines

• Develop and maintain automated test solutions in collaboration with software developers, analysts, and functional testers. • Design and execute automated testing strategies across middleware, API, and data integration layers. • Build and maintain scalable Selenium-based automation frameworks using Java and TestNG. • Perform API automation testing using tools such as RestAssured, Karate, ReadyAPI, and SoapUI. • Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and data validation testing activities. • Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve testing efficiency. • Support CI/CD pipeline automation and testing activities within Agile and DevSecOps environments. • Utilize tools such as JIRA, SQL, AWS services, and automation frameworks to support testing efforts. • Stay current on emerging technologies and testing best practices. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
