Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement en collaborant avec les gestionnaires d’embauche, en accompagnant les candidats et en assurant une expérience d’embauche fluide, conforme et de grande qualité. Responsibilities - Utiliser des outils d’IA, des données analytiques et des technologies de recrutement afin de soutenir un programme innovant et cohérent d’expérience candidat. - Offrir un service à la clientèle de haut niveau aux gestionnaires d’embauche en appliquant des stratégies de recrutement alignées sur les standards de l’entreprise. - Gérer les communications avec les candidats en assurant des suivis rapides, des rétroactions et un engagement continu tout au long du processus d’embauche. - Documenter avec précision toutes les interactions avec les candidats dans le système de suivi des candidatures (ATS). - Rechercher, présélectionner et mobiliser des talents à l’aide d’outils de recrutement alimentés par l’IA, de sites d’emploi et de plateformes de recherche de talents afin de bâtir des réseaux de talents diversifiés. - Réaliser des entrevues de présélection structurées en utilisant les résultats d’évaluations pour évaluer l’adéquation des candidats. - Collaborer avec les gestionnaires afin de définir les exigences des postes, réaliser les rencontres d’analyse de besoins et afficher les postes conformément aux lois canadiennes et américaines sur l’emploi, y compris les exigences liées à la transparence salariale. - Coordonner et animer des entrevues virtuelles, téléphoniques et en personne. - Soutenir les décisions relatives à l’avancement des candidats en évaluant leur adéquation avec les exigences du poste. - Fournir des rétroactions professionnelles et rapides aux candidats afin d’assurer une expérience positive, peu importe le résultat. - Maintenir des dossiers précis concernant les activités de recrutement, les entrevues et les décisions d’embauche. - Participer à des salons de l’emploi et à des événements de recrutement au besoin. - Effectuer le suivi des effectifs et produire des rapports réguliers afin de soutenir l’alignement de l’équipe. - Promouvoir la proposition de valeur employeur de l’entreprise ainsi que les programmes de référencement interne. - Favoriser l’amélioration continue en recherchant et en mettant en œuvre des solutions de recrutement innovantes. - Voyager au Canada et occasionnellement aux États-Unis (<10 %). Qualifications - Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent requis. - Bilinguisme complet en anglais et en français canadien (français québécois) — capacité de parler, lire et écrire de façon professionnelle dans les deux langues. - Expérience en recrutement à volume élevé, idéalement dans les secteurs de l’hôtellerie, de la restauration, des aliments et boissons ou des environnements aéroportuaires. - Connaissance démontrée des lois fédérales et provinciales canadiennes en matière d’emploi, des droits de la personne et de la protection des renseignements personnels. - Connaissance démontrée des lois américaines fédérales, étatiques et locales en matière d’emploi, y compris l’égalité en emploi, l’anti-discrimination, l’équité salariale et la transparence salariale. - Doit être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler au Canada et maintenir cette autorisation (aucun parrainage d’employeur disponible).
