Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant

• Lead high-impact Oracle Cloud ERP implementations by guiding cross-functional teams through design, configuration, and deployment to deliver scalable solutions across Finance and Supply Chain domains. • Facilitate business process workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions across business functions; • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions aligned with best practices and industry standards; • Lead the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP modules to meet business objectives and Oracle standards; • Design and deliver robust reporting and analytics solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, and FDI; • Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and support training/change management; • Deliver reporting and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, and FDI; • Act as escalation point for functional issues, ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance; • Provide thought leadership and contribute to solution architecture, strategy, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Cloud practice; • Support project planning, estimation, and risk management; • Participate in pre-sales efforts including demos, RFPs, and client presentations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle ERP (Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, or EBS);
- Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations in a senior/lead role;
- Strong understanding of financial and supply chain processes, with the ability to architect and optimize complex business solutions;
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships across all levels, including executives;
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, FDI);
- Demonstrated ability to track project deliverables, manage scope, and drive accountability within a consulting team;
- Skilled in requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and user training;
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to simplify technical concepts;
- Comfortable in dynamic environments managing multiple priorities.
