Role Description Radian Generation is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Salesforce System Administrator to join our team in the renewable energy industry. This role will provide operational support to the Sales Operations Manager and the SVP of Sales & Marketing to administer Salesforce. This role requires certification in Salesforce Administration, background in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and at least 2 years of Salesforce back-end administration experience. This role will also assist in conducting cross-functional analysis of Radian Generation’s business needs to support our planned high growth, ultimately developing a roadmap for enhancements to the technology stack that they will then administer. This role will be responsible for system configuration, automation, data integrity, user experience, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce to support complex, project-based renewable energy workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
