Role Description As an Implementation Consultant reporting to the Team Lead of Implementations, you will drive our clients' successful onboarding and adoption of the Athennian platform. Acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert, you'll utilize your project management skills to navigate complex projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Your ability to adapt to changing requirements, effectively manage client expectations, and contribute to process improvements will be essential in empowering users to unlock the full potential of Athennian and achieve their business goals. What you'll do - Project Management: - Manage implementation projects and client onboarding from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Develop comprehensive scope of work documentation that aligns client expectations with internal delivery capabilities. - Proactively manage and communicate any changes in project scope, budget, or timeline to stakeholders. - Implementation and Training: - Lead all aspects of implementation, including onboarding training, best practice sessions, solution configuration, and data migration. - Review and map complex customer data sets from various legacy systems into our platform. - Validate data accuracy and integrity to ensure alignment with customer workflows. - Partner with customers to dissect and understand their current and intended workflows. - Lead workshops to uncover their operational needs, not just their surface-level requests. - Identify change management opportunities to enhance user adoption throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate technical requirement gathering sessions and effectively convey customer feedback to the product team. - Customer Success: - Develop detailed project plans that directly address customer requirements and ensure their goals are met. - Provide accurate resource planning and forecasting for Athennian's internal project team to optimize delivery. - Oversee the successful production deployment and go-live launches with meticulous attention to detail. - Deliver an exceptional customer experience for all new users of the Athennian software. - Drive timely launches and ensure customers quickly realize the value of the platform. - Collaboration: - Work closely with Sales to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to project delivery, setting clear expectations with customers. - Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to facilitate a seamless handoff after implementation, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and support.
