Role Description We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Platform Operations Specialist on our America’s team based out of Singapore! What you’ll be responsible for in this role: - Perform Software Releases and Infrastructure Updates: - Multiple PaaS instances of E6 Cloud platform - Multiple AWS EKS Kubernetes clusters - Cloud infrastructure (e.g. RDS, LB, networking, storage) - Linux and Windows servers - Maintain SQL and NoSQL databases - Support software development and testing activities - Support client onboarding and migrations - Routine testing of system backups and Disaster Recovery plans - Regular daily Infrastructure Monitoring and Maintenance - Create and maintain internal documentation - Participate in a standard on-call rotation with other team members - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - 3+ years AWS Cloud management experience (or other relevant Public Cloud provider) - 3+ years Kubernetes cluster administration - 3+ years Linux O/S management experience - 2+ years’ experience using Python scripting - Demonstrated infrastructure troubleshooting skills - Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform Benefits - A people first mentality - Professional development from day 1 - A 360 focus on your wellbeing - The ability to work where you need to Company Description Episode Six is a global provider of API-based issuer processing and ledger infrastructure. Implementation Engineer

Role Description We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Client Implementation Engineer based out of Buenos Aires, Argentina! You’ll act as the technical bridge between the company and clients, ensuring successful implementation of fintech solutions and maximizing customer value. What you’ll be responsible for in this role: - Client-facing implementation work across 3 phases: - Pre-implementation (planning, setup) - Implementation (deployment, integration) - Post-implementation (support, optimization) - Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external clients - Help improve platform, tooling, and reusable components - Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor others - Identify process improvements and automation opportunities Qualifications - 3–5 years in implementation or client-facing technical roles - 3+ years in financial services (fintech, banking, payments, etc.) - Strong experience with: - Java-based systems (implementation/support) - SQL & NoSQL databases - CI/CD pipelines & Git - Linux/Unix command line - REST APIs (Postman or similar) - Secure file handling (SFTP, PGP) - Ability to improve processes and automate workflows Requirements - Desirable: - Payments, card systems, or banking integrations - AWS, Kubernetes, observability tools - Agile tools like Jira & Confluence - Knowledge & Skills: - Strong communication (technical + non-technical) - Problem-solving mindset - Organization and self-management - Customer-focused attitude - Ability to challenge and propose solutions confidently - Balances technical depth + client communication - Can own implementations end-to-end - Thinks beyond tasks → improves systems and processes - Builds trust with both clients and internal teams Benefits - A people first mentality - Professional development on day 1 - 360 focus on your wellbeing - Ability to work where you need to
