• Support solution discussions within the team, focusing on internal conflicts, product issues, and communication challenges to foster collaboration and innovation; • Remove impediments or blockers that impact the team’s delivery; • Guide the development team in agile principles, Scrum practices, and ceremonies, acting as a point of reference for product understanding and work organization; • Collaborate with clients to identify business and operational requirements; • Develop, monitor, and present data transformation roadmaps to both internal and external audiences; • Produce high-quality requirements and well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria; • Ensure user stories meet the agreed Definition of Ready and Definition of Done; refine, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs; • Work with KPIs and metrics, using this data to demonstrate project progress; analyze and monitor team metrics such as burndown, expected vs. actual velocity, and lead time/cycle time to assess project health and support planning; • Evolve our agile methodologies based on results and client feedback to drive continuous improvement; • Ensure touchpoints are established across the project lifecycle to maintain a consistent vision (internally and externally); • Identify business opportunities and hypotheses while developing a deep understanding of users, stakeholders, and the problems to be solved.

• Facilitate Scrum meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure they are effective and time-boxed • Support team self-organization, accountability, and cross-functionality • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and predictable delivery • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and actionable insights • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, well-structured, and prioritized backlog • Support alignment between the team and stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of goals and priorities • Monitor and improve team health, effectiveness, and delivery outcome • Promote transparent workflows, metrics, and clear documentation practices • Facilitate open communication and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization • Build trust by making information accessible, understandable, and actionable • Travel quarterly, for a few days (3-4)

• O perfil de Scrum Master atua na facilitação do processo de desenvolvimento ágil de software, orienta as equipes de desenvolvimento, acompanha, identifica e elimina impedimentos e promove o uso de padrões e melhores práticas ágeis. • O Scrum Master busca garantir o bom funcionamento de processos e atividades ágeis e é responsável por liderar as reuniões previstas no processo de desenvolvimento. • De forma a otimizar a fiscalização, melhorar a comunicação entre CONTRATANTE e CONTRATADA e ampliar os resultados potenciais na execução do contrato, o perfil de Scrum Master, além das funções naturalmente preconizadas pelo processo ágil, também irá incorporar responsabilidades de Gerente Operacional na interface com a CONTRATANTE, sendo o ponto focal das equipes para as quais esteja alocado. • Reuniões de alinhamento e planejamento, incluindo aspectos como estimativas de prazo, riscos, expectativas e objetivos com a área de negócios ou com a CONTRATANTE. • Discussões ou demonstrações de caráter técnico ou negocial. • Manutenção e busca do atingimento de padrões de qualidade exigidos pela CONTRATANTE. • Atuação na interface com a área de Infraestrutura, incluindo quaisquer ações de alinhamento técnico, resolução de dúvidas e apoio necessários à conclusão de demandas ou de etapas de projetos. • Atuação na negociação equilibrada de requisitos junto à área demandante e demais questões relacionadas à boa execução do contrato e do processo ágil. • Operação detalhada do sistema de gestão de demandas, incluindo classificação, encaminhamento e acompanhamento de demandas. • Apoio no processo de homologação e implantação de demandas ou produtos, incluindo execução e/ou acompanhamento de procedimentos técnicos e operacionais necessários.

• Assist with long-range planning for enhancement and implementation of future business systems. • Discover and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications. • Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum) as needed. • Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback. • Provide administrative support for scrum board. • Ensure cards are up to date and scrum tools are working well. • Collaborate with team members and other internal stakeholders. • Perform regular analysis of burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools.
