• Continue work on the development strategy for MRF activities • Analyze competitors across each market segment • Conduct make-or-buy analyses to ensure the performance of the activities • Structure these activities through a roadmap • Participate in strategic reviews, within the Executive Committee (CODIR), and in the governance established with RATP group subsidiaries

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent (engineering school, business school, or university)
  • Significant experience (minimum 8–12 years) in: strategy consulting, head of strategy/development roles, strategic management control, or complex business development
  • Experience in rail, transport, heavy industry, or infrastructure is highly appreciated
  • Good understanding of public tender environments and competitive markets
  • Ability to build and drive a medium- to long-term development strategy
  • Strong financial and economic analysis skills
  • Knowledge of tendering mechanisms and project-based working
  • Proven experience with make-or-buy decisions
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate in complex, matrixed, and transforming environments
