Product Manager
VOLL
• Own the backlog for the Admin platform, ensuring each epic has a clear problem statement, measurable impact, and alignment with OKRs before entering the development cycle. • Participate in live technical meetings with clients (often in English), translating business needs into clear requirements for the development team. • Map improvement opportunities in the Admin product: approval flows, user registration, travel policies, and cost-center management. • Collaborate on the development of AI products integrated into the platform, aligning expectations between business, design, and engineering. • Manage the monthly release cycle: prioritization, acceptance criteria, QA testing, and communication of releases to the team and stakeholders. • Work closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and Support as the product focal point for customer feedback and opportunities. • Produce technical documentation and product materials.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent English: you will use it in client calls and for reading and writing technical documentation.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira.
- Experience with product metrics (KPIs, OKRs) and data-driven decision making.
- Strong technical communication: able to explain the same content to a developer and to an executive, adapting only the language.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Analyst, or similar roles in digital products.
- Nice to have: experience as a PM or similar in B2B data registration and management systems, such as HR platforms, ERPs, IAM, or user administration, hierarchies, and corporate access policies.
- Experience with system integrations via REST APIs (even from the product side is desirable).
- Knowledge of AI products, chatbots, or process automation.
- Familiarity with expense management, HR, or corporate travel platforms.
- Experience with product analytics tools.
- Specialized training in Product Management (TERA, PM3, Product Arena, or similar).
