Role Description HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), is looking for a patient-focused experienced Licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMFT/LPCC to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for innovative clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home. - Providing a variety of clinical services including individual therapy, family therapy, and virtual group therapy to all ages of clients. - PRN - Direct-to-Consumer Psychotherapy. - Flexible schedule. Qualifications - Active clinical licensure in the state of California. - Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field. - Active Clinical licensure and experience (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC). - Comfortable with technology and distance-based management of patients. - Required experience providing individual, group, and family therapy/counseling. Requirements - Conduct remote tele-video one-on-one psychotherapy, assessing new client histories, and determining appropriate treatment options in consultation with the patient and other mental health professionals. - Consult with Clinical Manager in the development and facilitation of program activities which assures an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients. - Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances. - Conduct and document ongoing assessment of patient progress in approved platform(s). - Evaluate and document effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, interventions, and patient responses.
