Role Description Remote LCSW / LMFT / LPCC Therapist – Arkansas License | Telehealth | W‑2 | Equipment Provided This is a fully remote, full‑time W‑2 role where clinicians provide therapy services while HLN manages scheduling, administrative support, and technology. - 100% Remote telehealth therapy role - Equipment provided by HealthLinkNow - Full‑time W‑2 position with benefits - Support multiple UHS facilities remotely Therapists provide remote behavioral health care supporting multiple facilities within the UHS network. Clinicians may work with both inpatient and outpatient populations while collaborating with facility care teams. • Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting. • Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments for patients across the lifespan with eating disorders and their loved ones. • Maintain a caseload of 30-40; with the expectation being 20-26 hours of direct care and remaining time dedicated to administrative tasks. • Participate in initial and ongoing trainings. • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers. • Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip’s EMR in accordance with Equip’s policies and procedures. • Engage and collaborate in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, and department meetings. • Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested by Equip (licensure costs will be covered by Equip).
