• Lead in the design, development and implementation of systems and processes to facilitate the collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting of Human Resources data across the Corporation globally • Participate in and lead various Human Resources operational and functional excellence improvement projects and support key global and regional Human Resources initiatives • Monitor the development and delivery of management reports, analytics and executive summaries for key processes • Utilize knowledge of Human Resources business processes, systems and information to provide accurate human resources information and analytics • Monitor new technologies in the Human Resources Analytics area and conduct complex internal and external research • Coordinate and conduct training of Human Resources employees on specific reporting and analysis methodologies, tools and processes utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Evaluate HR policies, regulations and HR data that impacts organizational performance.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or Public Affairs, or related field
- 3 years of experience as a Line Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Analytics Specialist, Operational Excellence Specialist, or related position
- Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or Public Affairs, or related field and 5 years of experience in relevant positions
- Experience to include: Human Resources Data Management; Human Resources operational and functional excellence; Lead complex Human Resources analytical initiatives; Data Analytics methodologies; Develop Human Resource business processes, systems, information, database structure and reporting, and manage best practices; Analytical tools including data analysis and visualization, R, SQL and Python; Six Sigma tools such as C&E (Cause and Effect Matrix), KJ (KJ Method); Statistical data analysis; Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Role Description The Senior Analyst, Data Analytics, SIU partners across the organization to manage inefficiencies in the business. You will support teams in scoping, analyzing, and monitoring performance of important financial and utilization metrics in service of our goals. The Senior Analyst, Data Analytics collaborates independently with stakeholders to define key questions and scope analyses. They may at times be called upon to speak to prepared analysis both internally and externally. This work aims to reduce medical waste and deliver more affordable and higher-quality health care for Oscar's members. You will report into the Manager, SIU Data Analytics & Reporting. Work Location: - This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. - You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. While we focus on working with the Fortune 1000, we also work with Fidelity clients of all sizes. The base salary range for this position is $110,000-255,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
