• Use data to provide valuable insights on how to increase product adoption, user retention, engagement, and monetization. • Work along with Data Engineers to collect and interpret large data sets, identify trends and develop data visualizations. • Answer requests from business stakeholders and explore opportunities to improve the user journey. • Conduct trends and cohort analysis for user behavior, A/B testing, and other types of analysis and experiments. • Provide valuable insights on how to increase product adoption rate, user retention, user engagement, and product monetization. • Participate in product planning and strategy meetings, providing data-driven insights to guide decision making. • Translate complex quantitative analysis and data into easily understandable results for all levels of the company. • Ensure data quality by collaborating with data engineers and implementing data validation practices. • Stay current on industry trends and latest analytics technologies to continue improving data quality and insights. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to influence product design and user experience based on insights. • Champion a data-driven culture within the organization, advocating for the importance of data in decision-making processes.
Job Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent) in Informatics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with data analysis, working with BI tools
- Strong knowledge of SQL and good knowledge of other tools for data analysis, like Excel, Python, PowerBI, and similar
- Proficiency with analyzing feature and usage metrics, A/B testing, conversion and retention, segmentation, and developing user archetypes and their usage patterns.
- Excellent attention to details and analytical skills
- Previous success with uncovering data insights to form hypotheses, designing product experiments, evaluating results, and making recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues;

Work Location: - This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. - You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time.
