• Own one of the team's higher-profile claims domains end-to-end • Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior operational and strategic leaders • Lead investigative analyses that go beyond surface-level trend reporting • Prepare and deliver high-quality briefing decks and executive-ready materials • Act as an informal lead within the team • Build durable, collaborative relationships across Claims, IT, Finance, Actuarial • Develop advanced SQL on Snowflake to assemble the data needed for analyses • Build Tableau dashboards and visualizations when they are the right tool • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and reduce technical debt across analytical workflows • Research and apply advanced analytical capabilities • Communicate proactively on progress, blockers, and timelines
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in a corporate data or analytics environment
- Insurance or comparably regulated, operationally complex industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated executive presence: comfort, credibility, and clarity in front of senior leaders
- Advanced SQL skills with deep experience on Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms
- Advanced Tableau skills, with a strong design sensibility
- Intermediate to advanced Python skills for data analysis and automation
- Strong applied statistical and quantitative reasoning skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence

Role Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in Corporate Banking and Trade Finance domains.
