Role Description We are seeking a highly capable Data and Systems Analyst to support business operations and decision-making through high-quality data, clear requirements, and effective systems solutions. This role serves as a primary business and systems analysis resource, partnering closely with Finance and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, well‑governed data and system solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and stakeholder leadership skills with hands‑on experience in reporting, analytics, and enterprise systems—particularly NetSuite ERP. What You'll Do - Business & Systems Analysis - Serve as the primary analyst for requirements elicitation, process analysis, and solution definition. - Analyze current-state processes and data flows; define future-state workflows, business rules, and requirements. - Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and implementation guidance. - Maintain traceability between business objectives, requirements, and delivered solutions. - Data, Reporting & Technical Enablement - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, queries, and analytics solutions as needed. - Investigate data issues, validate results, and support troubleshooting and production needs. - Partner with technical teams when solutions require broader development or engineering support. - Outcome Ownership & Stakeholder Partnership - Ensure delivered solutions achieve measurable business outcomes (e.g., efficiency, accuracy, risk reduction). - Define and validate KPIs and success metrics with stakeholders. - Balance competing priorities through structured analysis and clear communication. - Data Governance & Systems Management - Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and appropriate usage. - Manage and govern master data within NetSuite ERP. - Perform system administration tasks including user access, roles, and basic configuration. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve data processes and system performance. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst. - Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and requirements documentation. - Solid understanding of data governance and data management concepts. - Experience with NetSuite ERP and CRM solutions preferred. - Experience with Snowflake (Data Warehouses), Sigma, or similar analytics tools. - Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries (JOINs, CTEs, window functions) for data extraction, transformation, and validation. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
