Preventative Maintenance Crew Member

Role Description If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in keeping equipment running the right way, GFS is looking for you. As a Preventative Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll be out in the field maintaining and servicing paint booths and finishing systems that are critical to our customers’ operations. Your work will focus on preventative maintenance, identifying potential issues before they turn into downtime, and troubleshooting equipment to keep customers productive. This role is not a desk job—you’ll be working directly with the equipment, using your mechanical skills, and collaborating with a team that values hard work, safety, and doing the job right. You’ll have the opportunity to work with proven systems, quality tools, and experienced teammates who support each other and take pride in the results.
