Role Description Hi there, if you love picking up the phone, writing sharp outbound emails, and going after DAX-30 logos, and you want to be the best BDR in the market rather than chase the next title, keep on reading :) You will be the tip of the spear for our enterprise pipeline. You run disciplined ABM motions into the largest enterprises in DACH, open conversations with L&D leaders, Chief AI Officers, and HR execs, and turn them into qualified opportunities. You work hand in hand with: - Chisco Mosteiro (Enterprise Marketing Manager) on campaign execution - Josiah Monardo (Enterprise Sales) on qualification and handover - Nico (Founder & CEO) on positioning and executive outreach AI is the most interesting business topic of our times, and you will sit in the middle of that conversation with the biggest enterprises in DACH, every day. The phone is still the fastest way to a qualified meeting in this segment - Run discovery conversations using Winning by Design's SPICED framework and hand over clean, well-briefed opportunities to the AE team - Travel occasionally to industry events and customer sites across DACH for pre-event outreach, on-site conversations, and follow-up - Keep HubSpot tight: clean data, accurate stages, useful notes - Feed insights from your conversations back to marketing and product Benefits - Base salary plus a clear variable on pipeline generated, and an additional revenue share on closed deals you sourced - We value the BDR role as a major contribution to our goals, not as a six-month stepping stone you have to survive - Front-row seat to how the biggest enterprises in DACH are adopting AI, working directly with the founder and a small, sharp team Company Description Bots & People provides digital upskilling in AI, Process Automation, and Low Code.
