Qualifications - 3–4 years of experience in a content, copywriting, or social media role, ideally covering both short-form social and long-form written content. - Demonstrably strong written English. Clear, concise, and credible to an institutional audience. - Proven ability to take technical or market-heavy source material and turn it into engaging copy. - Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools (LLMs, image generation, transcription, automation) and a track record of using them to scale content output. - Comfort operating autonomously, managing your own editorial calendar, and prioritising across competing requests. - Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools (e.g. native scheduling, Buffer, Sprout, Hootsuite, LinkedIn/X analytics). - Strong attention to detail, especially around numbers, market data, and compliance-sensitive language. Nice to Have - Working knowledge of crypto, digital assets, or traditional capital markets (FX, equities, derivatives, custody, prime brokerage). - Experience writing for institutional or B2B financial audiences. - Basic design literacy (Figma, Canva) to produce or brief social creative. - Experience building or fine-tuning prompt libraries, GPTs, or other AI-assisted editorial workflows. - Multilingual capability or experience localising content across APAC, EMEA, or LATAM markets. What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months - A reliable, on-time daily output of institutional comms (push notes, trade ideas, market updates). - Measurable growth in engagement and follower quality on institutional Twitter/X and LinkedIn. - At least one well-received long-form piece (white paper or research note) produced end-to-end. - Documented AI-assisted workflows that the wider marketing team can adopt.
