• Build the SAP consulting team in Lithuania • Design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions mainly for the manufacturing and Automotive industry • Act as solution architect in SAP S/4HANA implementations (greenfield or conversions) • Identify operational gaps and develop solution options using best practice methods while considering customer application landscapes • Partial or full project leadership in all phases of the SAP project life cycle • Communicate with different stakeholders regarding innovative IT strategies • Take on the professional leadership of functional streams • Create holistic architectures considering business processes as part of transformation projects on SAP S/4HANA • Responsible for the selection, development, and guidance of the SAP Data & Technology team in Lithuania • Build and maintain the team with regards to capacity, seniority, and skills • Guide and develop team members in their professional career. • Responsible for the utilization and delivery excellence of the team • Collaborate and report to the team Lead for SAP Lithuania
Job Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, economics, or computer science or a comparable degree program with a professional focus on finance or logistics
- Fluent English skills, German skills are beneficial
- Familiarity with the SAP product portfolio and successfully applied SAP Best Practice solutions and the Activate Methodology
- Proven experience of SAP Advisory, Pre-Sales and Solutioning
- 7+ years of experience in S/4 HANA Implementation / System Conversion / Landscape Transformation
- Minimum four full lifecycle implementations / roll outs & support experience
- S/4 HANA Enterprise Architecture and data migration
- Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices
- Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status, and deliverables with senior executives
- Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role
- Strong technical / analytical expertise and project management skills
- Effective leadership and motivation abilities
- Proven experience in consultative solution building and delivery
- Experience in project/program management
- Certification in S/4 HANA, and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus
- Fluency in English, German skills are beneficial
- Experience in creating architectural models and visual representations
- High customer orientation, service attitude, and business acumen
- Proven communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, and meeting facilitation skills
