• Design separate components, modules, classes, devices • Code, debug, document, and maintain portions of software and hardware • Perform different types of testing • Participate in estimation and planning sessions • Contribute to the development of technical project documentation and user documentation • Provide assistance to test engineers and support personnel in solving technical issues of software installation and its operation • Participate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the Customer and Customer partners • Comply with the best engineering practices, technical standards, and quality criteria set forth on the project • Report status and progress according to the project and company demands • Spot current deficiencies in the development process, adopted procedures, and engineering practices, environment configurations, etc., and suggest improvements • Escalate technical issues to the Architect, Team Lead, and Project Manager

• Responsible for designing, building, and delivering product functionalities with high reliability and quality • Participate in refinement to understand, collaborate closely with product, QA, and other teams to translate requirements into technical solutions • Anticipate problems, lead by example, improve engineering practices, and ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of the system • Take ownership of major components, review code rigorously, and contribute to the long-term technical roadmap • Build and maintain stable products with latest tech-stack, frameworks and following Agile and DevOps ways-of-working • Accountable for delivering quality solutions to the problems without compromising on the planned deadlines • Leverage various AI models through tools (such as Copilot) for code generation, test case generation, code analysis, and code optimization • Contribute to redesigning and enhancing applications to latest technologies • Play a part in every aspect of the software development lifecycle, including software design, development, testing, reviewing, and deployment

• Design and deliver high-quality, solution-oriented code, including quickstart repos, “Hello World” POCs, and demos, that serve as inspiration and a model for builders to adopt. • Be the high-bandwidth bridge between the market and the roadmap. You’ll translate raw customer friction and "agentic" trends into actionable product strategy, ensuring we build what builders actually need. • Build brand trust and authority by delivering high-impact conference talks, producing technical deep-dives and blogs, and contributing to open source projects that demonstrate the product's value to the broader developer ecosystem. • Actively partner with PMs, GTM, and Engineering teams to provide actionable feedback on technical and product direction, user experience, pain points, and systemic challenges. Help assemble complex Twilio products into cohesive solution blueprints. • Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences including product managers, executives, non-technical stakeholders, and community members. • Work very closely with Solution Engineers, Developer Evangelists, and Customers to help them understand how to assemble Twilio products for agentic and non-agentic applications.

• Designs, integrates and implements software of embedded devices and systems. • Analyzes, studies and improves the efficiency and stability of the system. • Executes a complete embedded software development lifecycle. • Develops, codes, tests and troubleshoots the system software. • Supports company products with embedded software tools for data collection from sensors. • Collaborates with customers, internal teams, and vendors to fix and improve products. • Maintains and implements cybersecurity protocols as required. • Participates in code reviews to analyze and improve code.
