Job Description
Principal Software Engineer
Twilio
• Design and deliver high-quality, solution-oriented code, including quickstart repos, “Hello World” POCs, and demos, that serve as inspiration and a model for builders to adopt. • Be the high-bandwidth bridge between the market and the roadmap. You’ll translate raw customer friction and "agentic" trends into actionable product strategy, ensuring we build what builders actually need. • Build brand trust and authority by delivering high-impact conference talks, producing technical deep-dives and blogs, and contributing to open source projects that demonstrate the product's value to the broader developer ecosystem. • Actively partner with PMs, GTM, and Engineering teams to provide actionable feedback on technical and product direction, user experience, pain points, and systemic challenges. Help assemble complex Twilio products into cohesive solution blueprints. • Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences including product managers, executives, non-technical stakeholders, and community members. • Work very closely with Solution Engineers, Developer Evangelists, and Customers to help them understand how to assemble Twilio products for agentic and non-agentic applications.

Senior Software Engineer, Identity and Access Management
Owner.comWe make online growth easy for restaurants.
• Help build the foundation for secure access at Owner — design and improve the authentication and authorization systems that power every product surface across the platform. • Own critical auth infrastructure end to end — contribute to systems for login, sessions, token management, service-to-service auth, account security, and access enforcement. • Improve reliability and observability — instrument auth services with the alerting, dashboards, and runbooks needed to detect issues quickly and keep critical access flows healthy. • Raise the security bar — identify risks, improve controls, and help ensure authentication and authorization are designed thoughtfully from the beginning, not added as an afterthought. • Leverage AI tools to move faster — use AI tooling to accelerate your work, from writing and reviewing code to exploring solutions and automating repetitive tasks. • Help us build a great team — interview candidates, share technical context, and raise the bar for how we build.
