Qualifications - 15+ years of Technical Program Management delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives. - Proven ability to manage 4-5 customers concurrently with 85%+ billable utilization. - Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, PowerBI, Tableau, and Sigma technologies. - People management experience, leading high-performance teams. - Hands-on Portfolio/Program Management expertise with Agile methodologies. - Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft 365. - Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Highly organized and self-directed; excels at time management. - Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills. - Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization. - Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field preferred. - PMP and CSM certifications strongly preferred.
