Manager, Product Strategy – Holemaking
Harvey Performance Company
• Own the product strategy, long-range roadmap, and investment priorities for the holemaking category, including competitive positioning and portfolio structure. • Drive active product development initiatives forward, confirming customer requirements, competitive benchmarks, and business targets with sales, AEs, and customers. • Translate customer, application, and market insights into clear product requirements, value propositions, and business cases. • Serve as the primary business and customer voice across product development, partnering with engineering, project management, operations, and marketing from concept through launch. • Build out the holemaking roadmap reconfirming current priorities, identifying unmet needs in growth segments, and shaping the next wave of investment. • Support brand growth and position the category for expansion into Europe. • Own lifecycle management for the category, including refresh, rationalization, and end-of-life decisions. • Track SKU, category, and market performance to inform roadmap updates and feed post-launch learnings back into prioritization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or an adjacent commercial/technical role.
- Strong background in customer-driven product strategy, market analysis, and business case development.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive direction in a matrixed organization without formal authority.
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong commercial acumen, financial fluency, and the ability to distill disparate inputs into clear strategy and recommendations.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills — able to work out front with sales, customers, and marketing, then bring insights back and turn them into documented direction.
- Aptitude for mechanical or industrial products and the ability to engage credibly with technical teams, AEs, and customers.
