Senior Project Manager

CI&T

• Own and refine the backlog, converting marketing requests into technical stories with clear acceptance criteria. • Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. • Work with teams in Marketing Ops, Data Engineering, CRM, Ecommerce, CX, and Paid Media to design automated customer journeys. • Maintain organization and governance in Confluence and Jira. • Ensure developers have the information they need to work efficiently. • Confirm that the "Definition of Done" is met, including platform documentation and stakeholder handoffs. • Manage dependencies with other product teams to minimize risks during handoffs.

Job Requirements

  • Agile Experience: Proven experience leading Agile ceremonies.
  • MarTech Knowledge: Familiarity with Paid Media, Email, Push notifications, and other MarTech channels.
  • Data & Integration Skills: Experience with CDPs (e.g., Segment/Chord) and data ingestion into Braze.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and Consent Management Platforms (e.g., OneTrust).
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with Jira and Confluence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English (written and spoken) for effective communication, especially with US teams.
  • Preferred Qualities: Eagerness to Learn: A strong interest in technology and a proactive approach.
  • Self-Starter: Resourceful and takes initiative.
  • Qualifications: Education: Experience in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years as a Product Owner or Project Manager in MarTech.
  • Dual Perspective: Understanding both marketing and technical aspects of projects.
