In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. Requirements - Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field can be advantageous. - Public accounting or consulting experience. - Experience in Palantir Foundry platform. - Experience with various ERPs and other enterprise software (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, CostPoint, Hyperion, Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.). - Strong understanding of systems integration, data management, application development, and architecture frameworks. - Experience in project management with use of iterative software development processes (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban). - Ability to handle complex problems and take initiative to research issues, engage in self-learning, problem solve, and implement solutions. - Excellent communication skills, commitment to quality, customer focus, adaptability, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to translate data-related requirements into innovative user solutions, drawing on prior education and experience, standard procedures, and basic analysis. - Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with minimal oversight. - Experience working with cross-functional teams to influence outcomes in an agile environment.
