R1 RCM
• Support accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for a large employee population. • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll cycles. • Leverage strong Workday knowledge for payroll operations and issue resolution. • Serve as first-level support for payroll inquiries. • Analyze income tax wages and reconcile payroll results for audits. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and payroll laws.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or a closely related role.
- Strong Workday experience and ADP Smart Compliance supporting payroll operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications - 5+ years' experience in a Workday Payroll Technical-functional lead role. - 5+ years' experience configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Workday. - 5+ years' experience working on calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday. - 5+ years' experience working with business to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, create functional designs, configuring Workday application, performing user acceptance testing, and maintaining the health of the product. - 5+ years' experience generating reports for analysis, data auditing and supporting requests from various business teams. - 2+ years' experience collaborating with SaaS vendors to deliver business needs. - 2+ years of experience in leading a team. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $106,605.00 - $284,280.00.
