Role Description CVS Health is looking for a Workday (Functional & Technical) Expert (with Payroll and Absence Management) to join our Human Resources Technology team. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated individual who is ready to take on the challenge of supporting HR and Payroll business operations by providing optimal and scalable technology solutions. This person will be an integral part of a team responsible for Workday Payroll and Absence Management modules for domestic (USA) and international employees meeting the needs of CVS Health’s Total rewards, Legal and Human Resources business partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of functional and technical expertise, as well as a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical partners. You will provide integral support to the Human Resources and Payroll organizations for their technology needs collaborating with HR Business Partners, COEs and HR Shared Services across all business segments. You will establish cross-functional relationships throughout HR Technology and Human Resources to ensure solutions and initiatives are effectively designed and implemented. Work with dedication and motivation with colleague satisfaction as key goal. This role may work onsite 2 days a week in one of CVS Health's core hubs in: Farmers Branch, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; Hartford, CT or Woonsocket, RI. Full-time Remote candidates will also be considered. Qualifications - 5+ years' experience in a Workday Payroll Technical-functional lead role. - 5+ years' experience configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Workday. - 5+ years' experience working on calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday. - 5+ years' experience working with business to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, create functional designs, configuring Workday application, performing user acceptance testing, and maintaining the health of the product. - 5+ years' experience generating reports for analysis, data auditing and supporting requests from various business teams. - 2+ years' experience collaborating with SaaS vendors to deliver business needs. - 2+ years of experience in leading a team. Requirements - Experience supporting HR systems for large organizations with non-exempt employees. - Experience supporting international employees. - Ability to lead a team in a matrix organization while managing multiple priorities. - Working in a Product Model with product ownership experience with accountability to the health of the product. - Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills. - The ability to develop and sustain relationships with business partners and stakeholders, including working with business partners to optimize their business processes. - A strong customer service orientation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A strong work ethic, a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. - Experience with Project Management, Change Management and Communications. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $106,605.00 - $284,280.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
