Role Description Build the voice layer for AI. You'll be the number two iOS engineer on the team, working directly with the founding iOS engineer to own the onboarding funnel, monetization experiments, and new feature development across the core product. This is a high-velocity, high-ownership role where you'll take projects end-to-end, match pixel-perfect Figma designs to production, and ship reliably with thorough testing. The company is fighting for market position and cannot afford velocity slippage. You are expected to ship fast, test rigorously, and catch what others miss. Qualifications - 100% SwiftUI, no UIKit candidates (no bandwidth to mentor on SwiftUI) - 100% Swift and Swift concurrency; must be fully comfortable, not learning on the job - Pixel-perfect eye for design; you match Figma specs exactly and notice what others miss - Detail-oriented and meticulous; you catch edge cases, failure states, and spec gaps before they ship - High velocity; you ship fast and reliably without a lot of back and forth - Rigorous manual tester; thorough manual testing is required (no automated testing suite) - Startup mentality; you understand this is not a 9-to-5, and you are fully committed without moonlighting Requirements - Experience with experimentation and A/B testing frameworks on iOS - Proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar) - Prior experience at a high-growth consumer app or B2B SaaS product - Experience with logging, error tracking, and observability on iOS - Opinionated on product; you push back on designs when something is missing or wrong Benefits Salary: $84,000 - $120,000 per year | Experience: 3+ years

Role Description The Manheim Mobile Inspections Supervisor reports to the Manager and is responsible for the effective leadership and supervision of a team of Mobile Inspectors in a specified geographic territory. The Supervisor’s primary focus is to ensure inspection quality and drive operational efficiency with a team of 10 to 15+ Mobile Inspectors while maintaining a culture of operational excellence and accountability. - Assist with operational matters concerning mobile inspections, new car inspections, and floorplan audits. - Ensure inspections and floorplan audits meet quality, productivity, and safety objectives. - Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of Mobile Inspectors. - Manage ongoing performance using Lean Daily Management and continuous improvement initiatives. - Build and maintain relationships with boundary partners including auctions, sales, and remote dealer services. - Support and develop the Mobile Inspection team, triaging and escalating field-based challenges as necessary. - Interact with multiple levels of the organization, requiring a detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years relevant experience in related field. - One year’s experience in leading teams is preferred. - Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment. - Experience with mobile inspections and/or floorplan audits preferred. - Previous body shop, mechanical, or estimating experience preferred. - Displays a general understanding of frame and body repairs and mechanical knowledge. - Technical and computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, scheduling & routing software, and vehicle inspection applications. - Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills. - Self-motivated and can motivate others. - Excellent organizational skills, customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented. - Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required. - Ability to set priorities and solve problems. - Ability to work with remote supervision, and to supervise remote employees. - Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception. - Ability to sit, stand or walk for prolonged periods of time. - Ability to bend, stoop, squat, or kneel; ability to lift and hold at least 10lbs at waist level for an extended period; ability to lift up to 30lbs. - Exposure to moderate noise levels; may be exposed to fumes and odors. - Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
